TCGplayer — Staged-inventory CSV out, pricing CSV back in.

1. Export staged: every ready, priced card (or just the selection) becomes a row in tcgplayer_staged.csv, matched to the TCGplayer product when the card carries a tcg id.
2. Upload it in the Seller Portal (Pricing → Staged inventory), then publish there.
3. Later, export the live/pricing CSV from TCGplayer and import it here to pull TCGplayer ids, live quantity and prices back onto the copies.
